The BEKnetwork is free to sites and connects you to sponsors and CROs, with new or active clinical trials.

Opt-in and sit back

Once you join the BEKnetwork, our work begins. Sponsors engage BEKhealth looking for sites and patient populations needed for their studies. We run the study inclusion and exclusion criteria across the BEKplatform, on your behalf and confirm if your site is a potential match for the trial. It’s a passive way to accelerate your revenue, research portfolio, and patient study opportunities.

Join and go

All you have to do is opt-in by signing our BEKnetwork Membership Agreement. You will then have access to our ongoing and constantly growing study pool. We do not share any information on your site unless you opt-in and approve.

Joining the BEKnetwork is 100% optional and the studies we highlight as right-fit are as well. Sponsors are only matched with you once you opt-in and agree to learn more about the trial. Becoming a member will not affect or cause conflict with any existing clinical research relationships you may have.

What to expect:

1. Opt In

Opt-in by completing our network membership agreement.

2. Client Profile

Personalized onboarding for our team to understand your site and research capabilities.

3. Feasibilities

BEKhealth receives protocols from sponsors and CROs and conducts feasibilities across all BEKnetwork sites to identify the right sites for the study.

4. Notification

Once a qualified study is identified, your site is notified through your weekly BEKnetwork report which includes:

  • Study information
  • Site breakdown
  • Patient counts

5. Review

Sites are given the opportunity to meet with the sponsor or decline the study.

6. Selection

Upon sponsor introduction, sites work directly with the sponsor and BEK to get the project started.
